Coffee – From Tree to Cup
Make the coffee you drink — from the tree to your cup.
Walk among Muga’s coffee trees and discover how much happens before coffee ever reaches your morning cup. Depending on the season, you’ll identify ripe cherries, pick them by hand and follow the journey through processing, drying, roasting over a wood fire, grinding and brewing.
This is not a tasting where someone else does the work. The point is to use your own hands and understand the whole chain — from a living tree to the drink in front of you.
Chris also connects the coffee to the wider Muga system: bees pollinate the coffee and fruit trees, the farm feeds the family and guests, and the land works as one connected ecosystem rather than a collection of separate activities.
The smell of the beans changing over the fire — and drinking a cup you have followed from tree to brew.
